Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Candidate Application Policy
Candidate account registration and standard job applications on ZUPYI are completely free of charge. Therefore, no refunds are applicable to basic candidate usage.
2. Employer Membership Plans
Employer subscriptions (Starter, Growth, Business, Enterprise) provide instant access to the ZUPYI applicant tracking platform, candidate databases, and active job posting quotas. Subscription cancellations take effect at the conclusion of the active monthly or annual billing cycle. Prorated refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis by our client desk.
3. Placement Replacement Warranty
Permanent staffing placement contracts are secured by our standard 90-day replacement warranty. If a successfully placed candidate voluntarily resigns or is terminated for cause within 90 calendar days of joining, ZUPYI provides a qualified replacement candidate at no additional agency service fee.
4. Invoicing and Dispute Resolution
All refund claims or invoice reconciliation queries must be formally logged within 14 calendar days of invoice dispatch by contacting help@zupyi.com.
